Shipping Information

Currently, most items ship via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 2 - 3 business days from when order is received. Contact us for information on expedited shipping.

It is important that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, please contact us. We will be happy to issue a refund with shipping costs to be paid by the buyer. If there has been an error on the part of the seller and the product is not as described, we will issue a full refund upon return of the product. Orders must be returned up to 3 days after the date the item was received. All refunds will be issued once the item has been received and the condition has been assessed.

International Buyers: Please be aware that you may incur VAT/ or custom fees associated with your country and that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees.

Standard Shipping and Processing Information

MarioSiART shipping rates are valid for online purchases in the same domestic order.  Shipping rates apply to any "ship-to" address anywhere in the United States. Please note that our shipping rates apply per address. Shipping rates are based on shipping weight and are shipped via USPS carrier.Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive in two (2) to seven (7) business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays) anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. 

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular Standard Shipping rates. Some heavy or over sized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. At this time, orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will ship via USPS Parcel Post. 

At present, I ship only within the United States, to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses.
